I have already solved the Problem of Dominance of Matter over Antimatter[1].It is there becuase of opportunity of getting infinity equivalent Values of Velocities of Decayed particles.In this Paper a type of Neutrino i,e Antineutrino when brought to rest at Tempratures 10^-12K then its reactive Spin S=1/C^2 uses a transformation Constant action C.As the process is a initial contraction from high velocity to low Velocity,Reactive Spin becomes S=(1/C^2.)active vectorC=Reactive1/C^3,obeying Modified Newton’s Law.This is Spin of Material Particle like Electron.Here Spin is perfectly conserved.Further there is conservtion of Charge if you account Polarisation Space Charges and redistribution as Charged polarisation.Once the Electron is created,there is a Posibility of trapping by Proton,that is proton creation is having tendency within its vicinity in Premature Nebula.This is due to Polarisation Charges arround Electron.This makes Protons to dominate.Thus Electrons and Protons dominated.This Theory uses Dominance of Antineutrinos.Spin conservation of created Electron within vicinity and Antineutrino are promsing for such type of Dominance of Antineutrino over Neutrinos.
