HIGHLIGHTS 

 

 

 

      Since from so many Years different Scientists used Value of C as Constant.From their Equations it is evident that it turns out to be Constant.But I invented the Reason for this.Here Structural density of Photon is so reactive that,for its Infinetisimal interactions,it sees Free Space as Uniform Space.Velocity of light is Constant if and only if Free space is Uniform as subjected to condition dr/dr=1,where r is space.If Free space is not Uniform then C is not constant this indicates Photon's velocity changes to either greater than C value or less than C value.Therefore in Non-uniform free space there is an availability of Virtually neutral charged Photons.
