In Vector Atom Model Pauli's Exclusion Principle plays Important Role.It will not permit more than two Electrons in an Orbital of an Orbit.

According to My Theories which are pertaining to further development of Vector Atom model for Deeper Reasons, there is a Reason for such type of exclusion.

Consider an Electron which is a Reactional Particle, which is surrounded by actional Polarisation of free space arround it.There is a finite range of limit for the influence of this Polarisation by Particle,Electron. After this Action Polarisation which is actually rotating Electron, this rotating Polarisation produces Reactional Magnetic field within its vicinity for an Electron with Spin S=1/2.Consider another Electron with Spin S= -1/2.Its Action Polarisation produces Reactional Magnetic field in opposite direction. This can be considered as equivalent of Action Magnetic field. These two Action and Reactional Magnetic fields interact each other.Such type interaction produces large number of Virtually charged gravitons .These Particles are responsible for coupling of two Electron's Polarisations.Any other Electron with say Spin S=1/2 if approaches it,Reactional Magnetic field due to Polarisation sees Reactional Magnetic field due to previous S=1/2 Electron and thus repels by it.If an Electron with Spin S=-1/2 approaches then  Action Magnetic field of previous is repelled by Action Magnetic field of Later. This Theory supports thermal ionisation at Room Temprature.
