               Munishkumar.B.Chinnakar who born on 9th, August,1969  to Parents Basanna .Y.Chinnakar and Mallamma.B.Chinnakar in Bagalkot,Karnataka state,India.He completed his Primay and High School Education in Shorapur.He completed his Pre-University course and B.Sc. course in Shorapur and Bagalkot and Gulbarga.During 1993 he completed his M.Sc Physics Course with First Rank position and a Gold medal award from Gulbarga University.

    

                Because of poverty he stopped Education and joined as a Lecturer in two Colleges in Gulbarga.He left Gulbarga City during 1996 and arrived at Shorapur.He decided to do Research without the help of any Guides.Books from different cities and Universities helped him to understand the Depth and Needs of Science.He started his Research works during 1st,August,1996.He started with Equilibrium relations arising in Universe.He worked nearly 12 Hrs per day from 1996 to 2006.During 1997 he tried to send one of the Summary of Paper for Publication in News in India.But it remained unpublished.He later modified this Theory with Particle approaches,mean while he explained Interference,Diffraction and Polarisation based on Particle Theories.He wrote One perfect approach towards evolution of Universe,which incorporated Particle and Wave Theories to explain creation of Matter and Radiation.He tried his level best to publish this Paper in India.But this Important Paper became another Version.During 1999 He wrote Important Revolutionary Paper One Absolute Revolutionary approach towards evolution of Universe.He sent it to Editor, Pramana Journal of Physics,Banglore and later rejected by this Country he sent it to Romer,an Editor of American Journal of Physics.He wrote that there is no specialist in his Country to evaluate this Paper.He once again sent that Paper to Publishing Administrator,IOP,UK,there also this Paper was rejected from publishing.Mean while he tried to publish another two important Papers Uncertainty and Time Dialation ,  One Absolute approach towards Red shift in the above Journals and in IJP,India but large quantity of Material in Papers abstructed from publishing.

       Above mentioned Papers were very Important for Scientists as they turns face of Physics,Elementary Particle Physics,Astrophysics.

        A heavy work of Research from 1996 to 2006 made him to write 2000 Papers and he completed his Science Frame work.This Science frame work contains Ten to the power of eleven thousand five hundred eighty nine Papers.With this Science of Universe and its parts were completely understood by him.

 

    Mean while he Built two Universe Models which explain the Entire Universe as a Whole and its different Parts using Uncertain 1D and Uncertain 4D methods.Each Universe model is purely Theoretical and carries 400 Research Papers.

       During this time from 1999 to 2006 he forgetted to do job because of Enthusiasm in Research works as well as Employment Problem in India.

       Later He joined as a Lecturer in Prabhu College during 2007 as a Part-time Lecturer for a Salary of Rupees 1200/- per Month.After a lot of struggle with Govt and Society He got a Permanent Post in Prabhu College as a Lecturer in Physics.Later on he was upgraded to degree College with same state level Salary.Onwards he married a Lady Rekha in Bagalkot.Now he is having One Daughter,Soumya and one Son,Samarth.

       Knowing the Nature of Govt and Society He understood the value of Money and Validity of Science in Earth.He started his own work to enter in One Place.Therefore during 2008 he opened a Theoretical Research Centre in his first floor in his Home.Since from 1996 to 2010 he wrote 3450 Theoretical Research Papers and he derived 10900 New Equations.Mean while He wrote another two Universe Models based on 1D Certain and 4D Certain method.

     

 

      His Contributions as Theoretical Research papers use Absolute Values of different Parameters and his own Theoretical Formulations.Apart from this in Mixed method his Theories use Absolute values of different Parameters and Modified Einstein's Special Relativity,Modified Max Planck's Theories,Modified Quantum Mechanics and Modified Elementary Particle Physics.

      After opening of his own Research Centre,he published his Papers in Web Documents in Internet Sites and in Bloggers.

      His important Contributions can be seen in the form of Highlights in his Blogger MUNISHKUMAR CHINNAKAR'S BLOGGER 1,2,3,4 IN GOOGLE.

      Recently during this Year all the Problems in Research of events in Universe and Events of Universe as a Whole were ended by him.
