        When a particle moves with velocity,C it transforms as antiparticle,here its velocity becomes acceleration

Therefore F=m.C………..(01)

This is in case of particles whose mass is greater than unity.In case of particles whose mass is less than unity (when same mass is consideredi,e transformation from integral mass to decimal mass)acceleration becomes C^4 and force F=(1/m).C^4…………..(02),but directly in case of masses with fractional values F=m.C^4

When forces are Unified,i,e (01) is equal to (02),then,

   m^2=C^3………….(03)

This implies m=C^3/2………..(04)

But when three forces like Electric,Magnetic,Gravitational forces unifies,then relation like F=G=C=h……..(05) is valid.

Then m=(G)^3/2……….(06)

And m=(h)^3/2……….(07)

From (04),(06)and (07)

m=1.548 x 10^-15Kg……….(08)

the value (08) is a Unified mass of three Interactions to test this consider the Mass of Newly invented Neutrino particle[1] with mass 5.82317 x 10^-15Kg,here compare this mass with (08) with action as reaction 4,I am getting 0.9404 which is nearly 1.This indicates mass Unified in newly invented Neutrino.This neutrino is Energy[2] particle implying conent of three forces.From this it is clear that there is different method in the calculation of maximum forces for fractional masses and integral masses and also it is clear that three forces unifies as mass of Newly invented neutrino at 10^-17K.
