            Uncertainty as the name suggests  values of parameters of events characterizing them are not certain to determine.This is basically because of dependence of action on reaction as an integrated event to happen.In olden days People thought of it as due to canonical conjugate variables.True ,as they faced experiments and assigned Mathematical theories for variables
then such type of formulation originates.Consequence of such origin may yield a result that bodies which are not vibrating may vibrate theoretically with high frequency eventhough they are vibrating with smaller frequency.My simple Particle Quantum Theories removed such types of coincidences as such theory depend on special relativistic force equation and infinitesimal quantization.
           Basically action depends on reaction due to the very existence of space.Fluctuating character of forever existing space particles or energy particles makes continuous action and reaction for these Particles.Thus space fluctuation itself built Uncertainty(h).This was evident indirectly through experiment as Huygen’s Uncertainty and thus increased over value of h as h/(2 x 3.142) due to ellipsoidal nature of event.
           Upto this Science faced so many ups and downs and some of the experiments yielded correct results and some are inconsistent with Theories.
           But Transformation constants made me to remove Uncertainties occurring in different branches of Science and reiteration methods suggested that one can recorrect uncertain value to certain value.This was most useful method over other methods.
      My Theoretical Science developped using Certain values.But others Science faced ups and downs as they took field zone of particle as particle boundry and asserted uncertainty relations.True this of course hinders the development of Theoretical science of certainty but puts eveidences of experimental truth and thus built others Science as Technology instead of theoretical Science.
     In recent days when I checked whether Theoretical equations were saturated to derive I found theoretical variation[1] of G,h.This was needed as because when C=10^8m/s swithed to C=10^10m/s then certain formulations should be recorrected.Otherwise h and G experimentally varies.In reality G and h are not varying but appears to vary when there is energy transformations at limiting cases like lowest Temprature of free space as 10^-23K,here what fluctuations are more rapid to yield uncertainty more or less by a factor of 10^2.Thus this built an extra uncertainty.This extra uncertainty may become 10 times(or 1000 times) under gravity situations.The same is the true for value of G where it is not varying in gravity fields if you recorrect your Theories.But at extreme cases G may show variations by a factor  more or lesser than 10^2.This extra uncertainty can be recorrected.This recorrection gives you a situation that Tachyons are not existing eventhough they are existing.As fluctuations of space particles builds constancy of velocity  as V=C,averaging over velocity remains same as V=C supporting as if Tachyonic type of particles are not existing evnthough they are existing.
