DATE OF ENTRY OF DOCUMENT:AUGUST,23,2013.

     Physics which is having a history of Hundreds of years faced up and downs.Scientific Intelligency depends on time factor and situation of availability of Theoretical and Experimental references.References available at the time of Issac Newton,Max planck and Albert Einstein were dominated with Experiments and thus faced theoretical Ups and downs.This continued up to more than fifty years.During 1996 when I started to develop Theoretical sciences I ,tried to formulate New Theories in my own Home.This took upto sixteen years.Now presently problems of Theoretical Physics are Nil.However Experimental Physics faces draw backs that can be corrected using transformation constant of Unity type like C=10,C=10^3, C=10^5,etc.
