Most of the Cosmic Rays that were observed are the material Particles which absorbed Energy instead of Antimaterial particle which absorbed Energy.This is clearing from my Documents like Transformation of Electron,Proton and Neutrons into respective neutrinos.This already suggested why Proton and Neutron hardly transforms as their Anti type Particles[1].

But if a collision happens such that Unified field (1D action)of Proton transforms as Unified field of Antiproton,then this Particle’s Energy instead of nhf=mC^2 becomes nhCf=mC^3 where C is atransformation Constant appears because of conversion of Proton or Neutron into Antiproton or Antineutron.When a Matter transforms into Antimatter V=C conected with the relation f=1/f=hf=Cf instead of f.Therefore in L.H.S,I used C.To balance I have to use on right hand side.This indicates that some Cosmic ray Particles posseses energy which is either 3 x 10^8 times greater or 10^3,or 10^10=10^5.10^5 times greater compared to Terristrial based observed value of Energy of Cosmic Rays(10MeV to 10GeV).This is the required Solution to the Problem of Energy of Cosmic Ray invented by John linsey and Livio scarsi[2].
