I have already explained Phenomenon of Blueshift in case of Photon[1].Blueshift which is happenning because of free space action where free space energy stores into the Particle as an extra Energy.This requires the fact that moving Particle should be dense enough.If it is not dense then space must be dense say gravity space instead of free space.

Consider a Neutrino having frequency at rest as f.For a quantised Neutrino Energy is given by E=n0hf0 or E0=h(n0f0),here n0f0=f0 in case of Electron’s Neutrino.Let its average diameter be D0.Then E0=D0 with transformation Constant in Unification Physics.

As the Neutrino density is very high,it is a dense Body.This indicates it is not subjecting to Space reaction to split into its contents.During its long Journey through galactic space,it collects gravity space Energy or virtually neutral gravitons.Its length sholud increase.Here I uses modified Einstein’s Special relativity to account for Length increment.i,e D=D0 /(1-V^2/C^2)^(1/2).Because of Motion and gravity space action ,Neutrino’s Energy and hence Diameter increases.Let this increment be dE.Then Total Energy of suffered Neutrino =E=E0 + dE=hnf,where nf=f is the frequency of high energetic Neutrino.Here nf=f indicates infinitesimal quantisation[2]Then its diameter D=E with transformation Constants.This Theory is true for Electron’s antineutrino,Muon’s neutrino and Tau’s neutrino and their anti types.Thus usual Neutrinos transforms as Eneretic Neutrinos like Theeta Particles while traversing through gravity space of Galaxy.This also lead towards solution to the Problem of Neutrino Oscillation[3].
