In the Paper Production of low tempratures[1] I used a Theory promising with Experiment. Here obvious use of Modified Laws of Newton for contraction and expansion as circular motions and quantum reciprocal transitions are evident. In the two chambers one internal and another external one should use airtight systems. That is chambers should be degassed preliminarly. Then production of Low tempratures is easy.

For further reduction of Tempratures say upto 10^-23K one should reintroduce different chambers one into another say same type of system as described in refering Paper into another similer system. This may achieve a Temprature 10^-23K.This 10^-23K is important as it verifies most of the events which are helpful in understanding characteristic behaviour of Elementary Particles.Further one can reduce temprature upto 10^-34K.I hope any one can achieve this.
Further note that depending on density the Temprature may likely to drop to some other value. It uses 1D to 4D transition.
