In an event to determine Ratio of Free frequency of Proton in Free space to Magnetic frequency of Free space ,I found that Ratio is related to Boltzamann Constant with unifying type of action as reflected by the factor 10^-5 which is transformation constant in case of Black hole creation.Here When Proton was brought to rest, it demagnetised as indicated by division by Magnetic frequency.This type of Demagnetisation is true in case of Neutron.Further since Electron is 1D particle,any Demagnetisation easily makes it as Micro Black hole.Thus these predominating Material Particles along with other demagnetising Material elementary Particles associated with different types of Neutrinos builds a Black hole.Therefore Black hole easily forms in Matured Nebula where Low Tempratures are promised with Boltzamann Constant.
