(03).WHY WHITE RADIATION IN EARTH?AN ANSWER,USING MONOPOLAR FIELD OF EARTH WHICH SCATTERS INCOMMING PHOTONS,THUS REDUCES FREQUENCY OF PHOTONS FROM SAY RED TO VIOLET.THIS BECAUSE OF EQUATIONS LIKE fr=1/fr and fv=1/fv.PLAYS IMPORTANT ROLE.
