From stability[1] of Electron, it is clear that as such free space does not provide any effect for the decay of Electron.But Mathematical formulation of Standard Model indicates that at least Electron should decay in some other situations.
True, Electron also decays under certain circumstances,like at tempratures 2700K,27000K,270000K,2700000K under the influence of Monopolar part of dipolar magnetic field.Such type of situations like T=2700K are common in some peculiar star’s surfaces and in the surfaces of dying Stars.There Electron decays into Virtually positive and negative charged particles with Phonons.Note that at temprature 27000000K Electron transforms into micro Black hole.
