In vast infinites of infinite distant every directional Universe,Three forces i,e Electric,Magnetic,gravitational are Universal forces.I mean that wherever you go you can find small effect of these forces.
However different Scientists considered Four forces as Basic in Universe.Weak Interaction is not a Universal force.Why it arises?,I found the answer using Transformation Constants,Unified Values and 1D as 4D in case of spherocity and Ellipsoidal Character.
If you refer to the Mass of Positively Charged and Negatively Charged (action and reaction Particles) W particles,with Electron you may find that if Electron acts as Spherical body, then W acts Ellipsoidal body.Using such type of calculation I found that W is EM sensitive with Ellipsoidal Shape(therefore easily decays),where as Electron is gravity sensitive with Spherical Nature(thereofre Electron easily creates).As EM force is stronger than Gravity force,Polarisation arround Proton or Neutron is strongly contracting but in case of Electron is not strongly contracting.Therefore this Nuclear force is stronger.But weaker than strong Interaction.This is because of coupling of gravity with EM nature to preserve C=10.10=h.h=100 which characterises Weak Interaction[1]. For clarification of this Document refer New Theory of Nuclear forces and Unification of Mass,Transformation Constants,like EM transformation constants Ten to the power of minus three,0.005(here two constants arises depending on action,action-reaction or one body ,two body problems).
