             10-5   K if favoured as a lowest temprature then it is due to existence of Background temprature.This acts as an action.In an experiment quoted in Wikipedia [1]Lowest Temprature is 0.0000000001K,this is using Rhodium.But another reaction was made possible with Rhodium.Here Rodium seperated even back ground radiation to some extent,as is promising from its white colour,further Rhodium is using in the seperation of Radiation from Matter,Neutron.This seperation of Radiation from Matter lowers 10-3 K,but neutrality condition favours another 10-1 K for Action and for Reaction 10-1 K.Thus Rhodium is a good means of lowering temprature upto   10-10 K.


    Best work was done by Scientists to produce lowest possible Temprature.If they try to reduce still then they may get a Mini Blackhole.I assert they definitely get it at Temprature 10-12  K if they use moderate material.
