        Creation of Kinetic or Configurational energy is microscopically a need for the Scientific studies and applications of Technology.Transformation from Matter or Radiation to Energy eventhough happens but its form of energy may not be properly usable under certain circumstances.For example in the activation of dead Cells.For this I theoretically invented a method for production of Energy[1] which may be helpful in the field of Atomic physics/Molecualr physics/Medicinal biology.The Method is as follows.

      Consider a rotating system which consists of Metallic Spheres with hollow holes.Let these Spheres(10 spheres) be attached to the blades(ten) of rotating fan.The whole rotating system is fixed inside an airtight chamber.The Air tight chamber is designed in such a way that it should be fixed with metallic outlets(Ten outlets).These outlets are connected to one another such that a common outlet to them should be the final long outlet.Maintain the temperature of outside of Chamber and outlets at T₁=100 degree centigrade while temperature inside the chamber and inside the outlets is maintained at T₂=10 degree centigrade.As the system rotates say with a speed of 10m/s.After some time maintain the Temprature of final long outlet at T₃=10^-1K.Neutral energy is thus obtained from final outlet.Maintain T₃=10^-3K then charged  energy can be obtained.Neutral energy becomes neutrinos at  T=10^-10.Alternate the Temprature from 10^-1K to 10^-2K then you may obtained useful form of energy for activating the Biological cells[2].At temperature T₃=10^-7K you may obtain kinetic energy for the motion of Atoms.
