          Different Reasons can be drawn to conclude about vast disappearance of biomass before few Billion years.Among that Large extinction of Mass before 2.5 billion years was found due to the action of Methane producing Bacteria[1].Other reason is due to action like impact by an Asteroid.But this action extinct only less than 0.1% of Biomass.

     Here a Problem arises regarding enormous creation of Carbon dioxide,as a need for bacteria.Such type of Carbon dioxide liberation over vast places of Earth should be due to large number of Volcanic eruptions.To have such a large number of volcanoes Earth’s Pole should shift[2].But shift was calculated and found to be during 3.5 billion years ago.Actually this Pole shift is the main reason for Large biomass to extinct.The other reasons to spot is due to the Night action of Trees in the nickel ore regions.But this is insufficient action and can collapse only organism upto nearly 100 km.One may say that Trees should not exists in the Place like Nickel Mines.
