       Ice originated from the superconducting beds through dead volcanic tunnels subjects to Dark energy[1] effect which usually contracts the Ice into surface.Further rised Ice disassociates due the decay by gravity.Here the value of gravity g=3.711m/s^2 (see Wikipedia)is sufficient to make disassociation of water molecules into Hydrogen and oxygen.These then easily interacts with different chemical compounds of Soil of Mars.Therefore Most of the Ice burries and disassociates.Further the surface temperature when reaches 10 degree centigrade then rised Ice and formed water gravitates into soil and moves upto 1Km depth of Soil surface of Mars.This is usually common temperature on Mars Planet.Therefore only at very low temperatures other than 10 degree centigrade water can be observed as ice caps as it is not extra gravitating.Extra gravitating nature dominates at 10 degree centigrade for Ice.

Note:Temprature 10 degree centigrade is the average day time temprature for years together.However most of the Physicist bothers about day and night temprature variation.This variation in Earth if accounted as 10 degree drop where as in Mars it is nearly 100 degree centigrade.This type of sudden drop is due to extra contraction and transformation of scattered red Photons into Phonons and gravitons during Night time.This is due to Dark energy effect ,here transformation constant is C=10.This makes the surface as if without any visible photons.Therefore at Night temprature drops to negative low tempratures like -73 degree centigrade(see space .com News dated 3/8/2012).
