ANOTHER POSSIBLE NEUTRINO PARTICLE

My theories in My sites are more consistent with Theoretical and experimental(modified) values this is because I used my correct Theories with correct transformation constants of unity type between transformation like Matter into Energy and Radiation.
Based on range of lowest and highest radii of Material particle which is 10^4 and based on range of lowest and highest radii of EM radiation particle which is 10^7 and based on range of lowest and highest radii of Energy particle(neutrino) which should be 10^9(previously it was 10^6),I concluded that there is another type of Neutrino hiding in extreme gravities apart from other types of Neutrino as Energy particle.
In the above cases while going from Matter to Radiation C=10^3=1 is valid and in going from Matter to Energy transformation constant C=10^5=1 is valid.Previously it was not valid in the latter case.This suggested me to invent theoretically another particle of Neutrino type under gravitating action.
This New type of Neutrino is having following characters its radius=10^-16m and mass higher than Tau’s Neutrino and its density 10^36Kg/m^3.Its velocity V=10^7m/s under extreme gravity conditions and may be available in Dark energy zones/near by Black holes.
This type of Neutrino obeys My definition of Energy[1]
