     Usually Matter interacts with Matter and the product is Matter.This happens because of easy Conservation of Spin in entire Process.This indicates Spin of Polarisation of Interacted Matter (because of interaction) is tending the Product to create Matter.Therefore Matter is creating if Matter interacts with Matter.
