                   In an event like expanding and contracting charges in Electromagnetic field,I invented that in Contraction process[1] there is a Creation of a Quantum of Radiation and in Expansion process there is an Absorption of a Quantum of Radiation.

   If Space charges are expanding then they should absorb Radiation.But any deplete in density of space due to expansion is associated with contraction of smaller Space charges.This contraction emits Quanta of radiation.This quanta is reabsorbed by expanding Process.This absorption and emission Process make Two Phenamena to be in equilibrium for the free space to remain as free space with same absolute density taken for some period of time.However due to rapid high velocities of Tachyonic type of Particles,there arises enormous situations of fluctuations in absolute densities.Here due to contraction process,Unified type of Elementary Particle creates which acts as a Catalyst for creation of other Elementary Particles during expansion.According to My Theories free Space is Magneto-electro-gravitating Space,both contraction and expansion Phenanena are permitted to happen.But these Phenomena are creating Elementary Particles means there is sieze for contineous expansion of Space.This indicates that if Big bang Theory[2] is believed then there is no Perfect creation of Elementary Particles due to lack of availability of Quanta of Radiation where this Big bang theory is not giving equal importance to contraction Process
