       Universe which is an adinfinte one consisting of infinite number of Galaxies in infinite directions embedded some infinite Nebule.Within such Nebule only few Elements are creating just nearing 150-200 in number.Out of which more than 117 Elements were already detected.But according to one of My Theory Total possible Elements are 1054 in number.During the creation there is temperature and gravity balance such that as gravity of created mass increases then number of Element’s creation decreases.This is evident in transformation of Dark matter/Dark energy as Matter/Energy in normal gravity field.Therefore it is not possible by The Universe to create 1054 Elements.But if Temprature is maintained at 10^-11K and gravity is maintained at g tends to nearly zero one can[1] artificially create 1054 Elements.These extra Elements eventhough not possible to create by Nature can be created by Human!

         Certain Particles can be created if you know transformation constants and transformation factors for the conversion of one particle to another.Radiation can be converted into Matter[1].

          In this New method which is most easier method of creation of Elementary Particles[2],consider a beam of Laser with photon frequency 10^20Hz with thichkness 0.01m.Consider another beam of same size and same photon frequency.Let these beam pass in such a way that one penetrates the other such that there is a quantum entanglement of portions(0.005m) of beam.Consider another such type of same quantum entangled beams.Let these entangled beams pass in such a way that they should collide each other face-face.The colliding portion should be kept in a air-tight chamber where the Temprature should be 10^-3K and 10^-6K.Further the air-tight chamber should be positively charged.

      During the Experiment Entangled photons further entangles due to collision creating a big Photon with higher frequency.This then subjects to Positive action of positively charged container and splits the big Photon as Matter and Antimatter particles.These Particles mass may be greater than 10 times the mass of Proton.Other particles other than proton  mass can be created by just varying the frequency of Laser.But one should alternate the temperature 10^-3K to 10^-6K and vice versa.A series of Particles including cosmic rays can be obtained from this Experiment.

         Consider a Laser beam of frequency f ,let it travel in one direction.Consider another Laser beam of frequency f/3 x10^8(or fx3x10^8).Let this second beam be trael in a direction perpendicular to first beam.This interacting beam should be kept in a chamber(air tight) at Temprature 10^-5K.Here f which is the frequency of photon choosen in such a way that it should be the frequency of Neutrino.The collision between two beams produces and some of photons brings to rest and condenses at low temperature as Neutrinos.Here transformation factors should be properly choosen in choosing the frequency values.This method should be tested immediately.This is because neutrinos are most important Particles in the development of Physics.For any clarification correspond to the above said address.

 Presently in the world My method of prediction[1] is restricted within three months that a quake may happen.This method can be developed to forecaste the prediction of Earth quake within 1Week.This needs experimental tests.The  Experimental tests include accurate gravity tests  at different places noted by prediction method like that used in Papers Quake prediction part1 to part 8 and etc.Further gravity temperature relations also helps this experiment.Further neutrino tests also provide clue to the confirmation of 7 day range of forthcoming quake.Here In a computerized maxicab with a travel,one should use  Instruments for detection of gravity to accuracy 10^-5m/s^2 and energy flux meter to measure rate of energy flow from inside Earth to surface.Further a map of Focal depths at different Places of a state is needed.This Map can be constructed.The Synchronisation of above said Instrument assembly at the surface may provide clue for the quake to happen within 7 days.This prediction may yield an Expenditure of 2 crore Indian Rupees for a period of 1 Year to solve the Problem of Quake prediction of a State upto Ten years.After long time experimental tests upto 100 months,prediction may be reduced to 1 day before Earth quake.
